Holders of HKSAR or BNO Passport can enter Germany without applying for Visa. The maximum period of stay allowed is 90 days within six months provided no employment is taken.
For eligible applicants with PRC (People Republic of China) and other passports which require Visa, we can help to process an Invitation Letter to facilitate their application. |

Period of stay
According to the general practice of the German Embassy and Consulate, Chinese exhibitors/ visitors are usually granted 15 days for period of stay. Further document is required to proof the purpose and activities of the stay, e.g. factory visit, or visiting customers, if an applicant needs to apply for an extension. |

Processing Time
Upon receipt of all required documents, an Invitation Letter can be processed in about 21 days. Applicants are advised to send us their request at least 2 to 3 months prior to the exhibition to ensure sufficient time for their visa application. |
