Our Office
Visitors can order Visitor Admission Ticket(s) directly from our office so that you can have the ticket(s) ready with you before departure. You can enjoy a presale discount, and no postage charge will be incurred. Payment by cash, cheque or telegraphic transfer, in HKD or EUR is possible. |

Online Purchase
Online purchase (via Online Shop) of Visitor Admission Ticket is available around 3 months before a fair begins. Presale discount will also be offered for online purchase; however, a postage charge, ranging from EUR3-6 will be incurred for each order. Credit card is the only payment method. |

Onsite Purchase
Visitor Admission Tickets are also available for sale at Registration Centre in the fairground. You can purchase the ticket(s) when you arrive the fairground. No discount is offered for onsite purchase. You are highly recommended to buy your ticket in advance in order to save time and avoid queuing up at the fairground. |

| Visitor Admission Tickets allow free travel to and from the fairground by bus, tram and rail (2nd class/German Railway trains with no surcharge) within the Rhine-Ruhr Transport Authority (Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Ruhr, or VRR) and the Rhine-Sieg Transport Authority (VRS) ONLY during the fair. A Show Catalogue allows you to have an overview of the trade fair and can help you better plan your visit. You may only have 2 to 3 days for an exhibition with up to 17 halls. So get the right information with you now and plan ahead.
Exhibitors are listed alphabetically as well as in product category with booth numbers and contact information in the Show Catalogue. Floor plans are also included in the Show Catalogue.
