| 1. How can I get to Messe Düsseldorf fairground? |
By Railway:
To get to the Exhibition Centre from the central railway station “Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof”, you can take the underground tram no. U78 to station “Arena/Messe Nord”, the North Entrance. It takes about 25 minutes to get to the exhibition centre from the central railway station.
Alternatively, take the U79 to “Messe Ost” and then walk or get on a no. 722 bus which will take you to CCD.Süd (Congress Center South and South Entrance).
From Airport:
Coming from Düsseldorf Airport, take bus no. 896, which is free.
By Car:
Düsseldorf is accessible by motorway from all directions. The Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre is directly linked to the A44 motorway, with a direct route to two large car parks, P1 and P2. A free shuttle bus service (no. 897) is available, taking one straight to the entrances.

With your admission ticket, you can enjoy free travel to and from the fairground by bus, tram and rail (2nd class/German Railway trains with no surcharge) within the Rhine-Ruhr Transport Authority (Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Ruhr, or VRR) and the Rhine-Sieg Transport Authority (VRS) ONLY during the fair.
