1. How many kinds of admission tickets are available?

Messe Dusseldorf’s exhibitions offer Day Ticket, Two-Day Ticket, Three-Day Ticket and Season Ticket at different prices in order to make your visit as flexible as it can be.

2. Where can I buy admission tickets?

There are a few ways to order visitor tickets: 

Direct order from our office

Interested visitors can order ticket(s) directly from our office so that you can have it/them ready with you before departure.  You can enjoy a presale discount, but need not pay any postage charge.  Payment by cash, cheque or telegraphic transfer, in HKD or EUR is possible.

Online purchase

Online purchase (via Online Shop) of Visitor Ticket is available around 3 months before a fair begins.  Presale discount will also be offered for online purchase; however, a postage charge, ranging from EUR3-6 will be incurred for each order.  Credit card is the only payment method.

Onsite Purchase

Visitor Tickets are also available for sale at Registration Centre in the fairground.  You are able to purchase on the day you arrive the fairground.  No discount is offered for onsite purchase. 

3. Where can I buy show catalogues?

Show catalogue(s) can also be purchased from our office, online order system and onsite. No discount is available for catalogue(s) though.

4. Will the ordered items (tickets or/and catalogues) be delivered to visitors?

Visitors are required to sign and pick up their ordered item(s) personally or by appointing courier.
