Exhibitor Passes are required to enter the fairground. 

Exhibitors are entitled a certain number of free Exhibitor Passes in the participation fee.  For example, exhibitor of a 20sqm stand will usually be offered 3 Exhibitor Passes free of charge.  One extra Exhibitor Pass will be granted for each additional 10sqm.  The final entitlement is subject to the Conditions of Participation of respective fair.

If necessary, you can order additional pass(es) from the organizer via the Online Order System (OOS).   Exhibitor Passes are also available for sale in the fairground (Messe Centre) too. 

Exhibitor Pass allows free travel to and from the fairground by bus, tram and rail (2nd class/German Railway trains with no surcharge) within the Rhine-Ruhr Transport Authority (Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Ruhr, or VRR) and the Rhine-Sieg Transport Authority (VRS) from 2 days before and until 2 days after a fair.  Please get a simple map here.
