| 2. Do I need to clean up refuse on last day? |

| 4. Is there security to look after the fairground? |
Within the scope of its possibilities, Messe Düsseldorf will do everything possible to protect the exhibitors against damage. Nevertheless, the organizer cannot assume liability for your stand with all material and personal damage. Consequently, you should insure all exhibits, not only for the duration of the exhibition but also for transport, all items of value (including personal items) and your stand equipment. Your insurance company is the best source of advice.
During the setting-up and dismantling period, the halls are open up to 24 hours a day depending on the event. Hundreds of trucks and cars bring in exhibits, electrical components etc. during the final days leading up to the exhibition. No admission passes are required. You are strongly reminded to keep an eye on your own belongings and exhibits.
The halls are locked during night hours. Any persons who enter or leave the halls will be checked for their access authorization. There is no individual stand surveillance; all that is provided is general technical monitoring of the exhibition hall. Therefore, we recommend that you take measures to secure your stand. Individual stand surveillance service can be ordered under Online Order System (OOS).
In case of theft, please inform the police station at Entrance 7/Hall 7 as soon as possible. Quick information can be of great assistance in the investigations. You may also require the police notification or the file number for your insurance. You will obtain this information from the police. |
